Hello, my name is Nikki.

Passion, sensitivity, and optimism are the traits that define me both at work and at play (what's the difference?). I’m from New York and I work for an SF-based tech company. This blog will be about my work/life.

I felt it was important to start this site because Black and Hispanic professionals are few and far between in my industry. I'm frustrated and fascinated by that fact, but I think it helps to write about it without hyperbole or corporate agenda.

My personal agenda is simply to share the experience and encourage others to do the same.
